While I trust the members of Kindred Spirit farm to do their best to provide the produce promised, I recognize that there are risks inherent in a CSA membership. I agree to accept the ups and downs of farming and the possibility of crop failure. This agreement represents a season-long contract. Kindred Spirit Farm may transfer my share to an individual of my choice if I must terminate this membership.
